What is DinaBase7?

Finally eat, talk and laugh freely again

DinaBase7 is a professional adhesive for false teeth. Unlike conventional denture adhesive, it stays on the denture for 7 days, so just one tube of DinaBase7 lasts for 1-2 months.

During the 7-day application period, you can do everything as usual with the denture and remove it every day for cleaning. That is because DinaBase7 is made from a thermoplastic material that is also used by dentists.

It is adjusted using heat, completely fills the gap between the palate and the denture, and remains dimensionally stable but soft after cooling.

This allows DinaBase7 to provide extra-strong hold, prevent pressure points and stop food particles from getting under the denture.

Application

How DinaBase7 works

1Step 1
Warm DinaBase7 in hot water
Place the tube in hot water (60 °C) for a few minutes. The tube must be completely covered with water. Meanwhile, clean the denture thoroughly and then dry it well. Before applying DinaBase7, the denture must be completely clean and dry, otherwise the material will not adhere properly.
2Step 2
Open the tube fully with the cap
After warming, remove the screw cap and pierce the opening with the tip of the cap to create a large, round hole. Turn the tip several times until the hole is fully opened.
3Step 3
Squeeze a cherry-sized portion from the tube
Once the adhesive gel has been heated sufficiently, squeeze a cherry-sized amount from the tube.
4Step 4
Place the portion in the centre of the denture
Spread the gel evenly over the denture. For the upper denture, the gel should cover the entire surface of the denture. For the lower denture, the amount should be enough to form a sausage shape that completely fills the cavity (see step 9).
5Step 5
Spread the material evenly
Spread the material evenly with both thumbs from the centre outwards. If the amount is not sufficient, you can add more.
6Step 6
Coat the edges evenly
Make sure to apply the gel evenly over the entire surface of the denture and ensure it adheres well, especially around the edges.
7Step 7
Adjustment in the mouth
Before inserting the denture, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. After insertion, bite your teeth together and make clear lip movements for at least one minute without pressing the denture with your fingers. This allows the denture to adapt perfectly.
8Step 8
Remove excess material
Rinse the denture under cold water to remove excess material around the edges. Then cut off the material with small scissors. Done! If no residue needs to be removed after adjustment, too little material may have been used.
9Step 9
For the lower denture
For the lower denture, proceed as described in points 1, 2 and 3. Shape the ball into a small sausage, then spread DinaBase7 with your fingers and press the product down well, especially at the edges for better adhesion.
10Step 10
Replace DinaBase7
To remove it, immerse the denture in hot water for 5 minutes and loosen the old material. If necessary, use a blunt instrument such as a teaspoon to avoid scratching the denture. Replace DinaBase7 within 7 days to ensure optimal hygiene and avoid the growth of bacteria or fungi as well as bad breath.

What sets DinaBase7 apart from conventional denture adhesive

Conventional denture adhesive usually does not live up to what it promises. As a wearer of false teeth, you probably know from painful experience that the denture does not hold properly despite adhesive cream. The reason is obvious: adhesive cream for false teeth is applied to the denture only as a thin layer. But because the palate continues to recede over time when using dentures, this thin layer is not enough to fill the gap between palate and denture. The unpleasant result is that the denture does not hold properly because of the weak denture adhesive, even if the adhesive cream is reapplied several times a day. The adhesive cream quickly runs out without ever achieving a comfortable fit for the denture.

DinaBase7 works completely differently. The thermoplastic material becomes a thick gel when heated, completely fills the entire cavity between jaw and denture, and therefore provides a full relining of the denture. After cooling, the material remains fixed in shape yet elastic, so your denture fits optimally against the palate. This creates a suction-cup effect that provides secure hold for the denture. When two moist surfaces are pressed together, the air between them escapes and negative pressure is created. This negative pressure ensures an absolutely tight transition between denture and palate. Unpleasant pressure points and irritating food particles under your denture are finally a thing of the past. The shaped layer of DinaBase7 remains on the denture for one week, so one tube of this clever denture adhesive lasts for a full 1-2 months and makes your life easier.

DinaBase7 - easy application ...

DinaBase7 is made from a thermoplastic material that becomes mouldable when heated and can therefore adapt ideally to the shape of your jaw. For application, simply place the tube in hot water for 2 minutes and then spread the soft gel evenly onto the clean, dry denture. Use a little more gel at the beginning so you can find the right amount for you. After inserting the denture, bite down firmly and adjust the denture with finger pressure and lip movements. The material cools down and then remains in its individually adjusted shape. Now the denture only needs to be held under cold running water and excess material cut off. The denture is then ready and fits perfectly for one week.

After 7 days, DinaBase7 is removed from the denture. To do this, simply place the denture in hot water and scrape off the gel with a teaspoon. Then apply a new layer of DinaBase7 to the denture and press it on carefully so it fits optimally again.

... and easy cleaning!

Even though DinaBase7 remains on the denture for a whole week, you can remove your false teeth every day and clean them thoroughly. The easiest way is under cold water with a toothbrush or with a cleaning tablet, although the denture with the gel should remain in the cleaning solution for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you remove the denture at night, do not place it in water or cleaning fluid; you can simply keep it in its box.

Do you want to enjoy life freely again despite a full or partial denture? Then simply give DinaBase7 a try!

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is DinaBase7 an adhesive cream?
DinaBase7 is not an adhesive cream. DinaBase7 is a professional, temporary, soft relining for dentures, as also used by dentists. DinaBase7 adheres to dentures and denture-like material and remains there for 7 days.
How does DinaBase7 work?
DinaBase7 is adjusted using heat. The heat allows the special material to be deformed. It completely fills the gap between the palate and the denture and remains dimensionally stable but soft after cooling.
What can I do if the denture doesn't hold?
It is better to use a little more DinaBase7 than too little. DinaBase7 should first be applied generously in the middle and then spread over the entire denture. The denture is then inserted and the material is adjusted as it cools by clenching your teeth, using finger pressure and making lip movements. The adhesive gel must swell clearly over the denture. If no residue needs to be cut off after adjustment, clearly too little gel was used.
How should I clean the denture?
Simply rinse with water and gently clean with a toothbrush and toothpaste if necessary. If you want to use quick-cleaning tablets, use them for a maximum of 15 minutes only.
What should I do if the gel is difficult to get out of the tube?
If DinaBase7 is difficult to squeeze out, place the tube in boiling water and open the hole in the tube as far as possible with the cap.
Can I remove and reinsert the denture despite DinaBase7?
DinaBase7 remains on the denture for 7 days. During the 7-day application period, you can do everything with the denture as usual and remove it every day for cleaning.
Do I have to remove the denture at night?
No, you don't have to, but you can. However, the denture must not be left overnight in water or in water with a quick-cleaning tablet. Simply rinse it briefly and put it in its box. Rinse again the next morning and reinsert.
How can I remove DinaBase7?
After 7 days, DinaBase7 is removed from the denture. To do this, simply place the denture in hot water and scrape off the gel with a teaspoon. Then apply a new layer of DinaBase7 to the denture.
Can DinaBase7 remain on the denture for longer than 7 days?
DinaBase7 should not be left on the denture for longer than 7 days. The gel gradually hardens over the 7 days and then has to be renewed, otherwise it bonds to the denture and becomes very difficult to remove.
Which dentures is DinaBase7 suitable for?
DinaBase7 is suitable for full and partial dentures. DinaBase7 can be used for both lower and upper dentures.
Do I still have to use adhesive cream?
No, because DinaBase7 completely fills the gap between the palate and the denture, so it sits securely even without additional adhesive cream.
What happens if you drink hot drinks or eat hot food?
Only in the first few hours after applying DinaBase7 should you avoid strong alcoholic or particularly hot drinks. Afterwards, you can eat and drink everything with the denture as usual.
How long does one tube of DinaBase7 last?
Because DinaBase7 only needs to be renewed every 7 days, one tube lasts up to 2 months depending on the jaw.
Can I also buy DinaBase7 in the pharmacy?
DinaBase7 is available in our Arando online shop at arando-online.de or in one of around 20,000 pharmacies throughout Germany.
Is DinaBase7 visible from the outside?
