Easy Application in a Few Steps

Warm Up
Place the tube in hot water for 5 minutes to soften the gel. Meanwhile, thoroughly clean and dry the denture.
2

Apply DinaBase7
Squeeze a cherry-sized amount of gel from the tube and spread it evenly on the inside of the denture. Press the gel firmly, especially around the edges.
3

Adjust
Insert the denture, bite down, and move your lips for about one minute. This helps the gel adapt perfectly to the jaw structure.
4

Finish
Remove any excess gel with scissors, and enjoy a firm hold for 7 days. Afterward, the gel can be easily removed with hot water.

Secure Denture Hold with Suction Cup Effect
A new denture usually fits perfectly: It adapts precisely to the jaw structure and stays secure thanks to the suction cup effect – dentures and gums close seamlessly, creating a vacuum that holds the denture in place.
Over time, however, jawbone loss occurs, gaps develop, and the hold weakens. DinaBase7 provides a solution: The thermoplastic adhesive gel adapts perfectly to the contours of the jaw, restoring the suction cup effect – all from the comfort of your home.

7 Days Worry-Free: No Adjustments, No Wobbling, No Residue
At first glance, DinaBase7 may seem like a regular adhesive, but it stands out with key advantages: It is tasteless, free from harmful ingredients, and leaves no residue.
It adapts precisely, ensuring comfortable wear without pressure points, and allows the denture to be removed for cleaning during the 7-day wear period – for optimal oral hygiene and maximum comfort.

The Simple and Affordable Alternative to Relining
DinaBase7 offers denture wearers a sustainable alternative: The thermoplastic gel fills gaps between the denture and jaw like a professional relining, ensuring a secure hold.
The advantage: DinaBase7 can be applied easily at home, saving dentist visits, and adjusts weekly to changing jaw structures. The result: long-lasting comfort and stability – with less effort and significantly lower costs.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have any further questions? Please let us know!
Is DinaBase7 a denture adhesive?
DinaBase7 is not a denture adhesive. DinaBase7 is a temporary soft relining material for dentures, similar to what dentists use. DinaBase7 adheres to dentures and denture-like materials and remains in place for 7 days.
How does DinaBase7 work?
DinaBase7 is adjusted using heat. The heat allows the material to be moulded. It completely fills the gap between the palate and denture, remaining soft yet stable after cooling.
What can I do if my denture doesn't stay in place?
It's better to use slightly more DinaBase7 than too little. Apply DinaBase7 generously in the middle first, then spread it across the entire denture. Pay particular attention to applying the material around the edges of the denture to ensure an airtight seal. Then insert the denture and adjust the material whilst it cools by biting down and moving your lips. The adhesive gel should clearly overflow from the denture. If no excess needs to be trimmed after fitting, you definitely haven't used enough.
How should I clean my denture?
Simply rinse with water and, if needed, carefully clean with a toothbrush and toothpaste. If you want to use quick-cleaning tablets, use them for no more than 15 minutes.
What should I do if the gel is difficult to squeeze out of the tube?
Place the tube in hot water (60 degrees Celsius) for a few minutes. The tube must be completely covered with water. Open the cap as wide as possible.
Can I remove and reinsert my denture whilst using DinaBase7?
DinaBase7 stays on the denture for 7 days. During this 7-day period, you can do everything as usual with your denture and remove it daily for cleaning.
Do I need to remove my denture at night?
No, you don't have to, but you can. However, do not leave the denture overnight in water or in water with quick-cleaning tablets. Simply rinse briefly and place in its box. Rinse again the next morning before reinserting.
How can I remove DinaBase7?
After 7 days, DinaBase7 should be removed from the denture. Simply place the denture in hot water and scrape off the gel with a teaspoon. Then apply a new layer of DinaBase7 to the denture.
Can DinaBase7 remain on the denture for longer than 7 days?
DinaBase7 should not be left on the denture for longer than 7 days. The gel gradually hardens over the 7 days and must then be renewed, otherwise it bonds with the denture and becomes very difficult to remove.
Which dentures is DinaBase7 suitable for?
DinaBase7 is suitable for full and partial dentures. It can be used for both upper and lower dentures.
Do I still need to use denture adhesive?
No, because DinaBase7 completely fills the gap between the palate and denture, ensuring it stays secure without additional adhesive.
What happens if I drink hot beverages or eat hot foods?
Only in the first few hours after applying DinaBase7 should you avoid strong alcoholic or particularly hot drinks. After that, you can eat and drink everything as usual with your denture.
How long does one tube of DinaBase7 last?
Since DinaBase7 only needs to be renewed every 7 days, one tube can last up to 2 months, depending on the jaw size.
Can I buy DinaBase7 at a pharmacy?
DinaBase7 is available in our Arando Online Shop, on Amazon, and at all pharmacies in the UK. If it's not in stock at a pharmacy, it can be ordered for you and is usually available within a few hours.
Is DinaBase7 visible from the outside?
No, DinaBase7 fills the gap between the palate and denture in such a way that it's not visible from the outside.
What can I do about pressure points and minor inflammation in my mouth?
Use our healing salve Cikaflogo. The mouth salve with natural ingredients is available at any pharmacy or in the Arando online shop.
